The library accepts orders

• on IFLA loan forms
  Please note: this is the only form that will be sent to other German libraries if the Staatsbibliothek is not able to fulfill the request
• by fax (please dial the following number for your order:

• by e-mail: International Loan

The bibliographical and other necessary details should be structured according to the IFLA guidelines for sending ILL requests by e-mail and the IFLA Fax Guidelines respectively. We would prefer to get your requests rather by e-mail than by fax.
Please note that we need a single IFLA loan form or a single e-mail or fax for every order of one monograph or the copy of one article either.

We charge for the delivery of up to 20 copies by air mail (standard):

• 1 and 1/2 IFLA Voucher or
• 12 € by invoice

By supply of more than 20 copies the following charges are applicable:

     Copies         Number of IFLA Vouchers
    
     21 - 30         2 IFLA Vouchers    

     31 - 40         2 and 1/2 IFLA Vouchers    

     41 - 50         3 IFLA Vouchers    


The following additional fee will be charged for delivery by fax

• 1 IFLA Voucher or
• 8 € by invoice

We charge for the delivery of books by regular mail (standard):

• 2 IFLA Voucher or
• 16 € by invoice

We strongly recommend the use of IFLA Vouchers because it is the most practical form of paying International Library Loan charges!
