Database of Bookbindings

Project object

The Einbanddatenbank (EBDB) aims to catalog and describe rubbings of 15th and 16th century book covers formally and content specifically in a database developed especially for historic bindings. The SBB with her large collecion of rubbings is responsible for the entire project as well as its conception and further development.
