Terms of Use

Remote access to electronic ressources is restricted to users of the Staatsbibliothek zu Berlin holding a valid library card. The licensed materials or parts thereof may only be accessed, printed, or downloaded for personal research, educational or private use. Commercial use of the licensed materials is not permitted. Systematic download of licensed materials, creation of private archives and use of automated retrieval software (robots, spiders, crawlers) is prohibited. Licensed materials may neither in electronic nor in printed form be disseminated to third parties.  Use in connection with artificial intelligence systems is prohibited for certain products. As a general rule, uploading or entering copyrighted content into commercial AI systems is not permitted. The publisher's or editor's terms of use and copyright laws apply.
