Digitisation and restoration of Hebrew manuscripts
Project object
The project aims to complete the digitisation of all 520 Hebrew manuscripts already begun in an earlier project and to make them accessible in the oriental manuscript portal "Qalamos". Part of this project is the restoration of the first volume of the Erfurt Bible (Erfurt 1), the world's largest Hebrew parchment manuscript.
