Specialised Information Service Slavonic Studies

Project object

During the funding period, the Special Collection Slavonic Studies is to be developed into a Specialist Information Service for science. The aim is to expand the conventional and digital collections of the Staatsbibliothek in close cooperation with research, to set up an information service tailored to the needs of the specialist community and to place it on a permanently available information technology basis. Therefore, the collections of the Staatsbibliothek are to be linked to external sources of information via the meta search of the further developed Slavistik-Portal and the relevant bibliographic basis is to be expanded to provide direct access to national and foreign electronic full texts.
