NFDI4Culture – Consortium for Research Data on Material and Immaterial Cultural Heritage
Project object
NFDI4Culture is the consortium within the Nationale Forschungsdateninfrastruktur (NFDI) that addresses research data on tangible and intangible cultural assets. We aim to establish a needs-based infrastructure for research data that serves our community of interest, ranging from architecture, art history and musicology to theatre, dance, film and media studies. NFDI4Culture divides its work programme into six operative task areas that can be aligned to the different stages of the research data life cycle, thereby allowing for reasonable overlaps and cross-sectional flexibility. SBB is particularly responsible for the task area "Data capture and enrichment of digital cultural assets".
