The Collection Development and Metadata of the Staatsbibliothek zu Berlin is one of the official collection depots for documents published by government bodies and other institutions under public law in Germany. These publications are reflecting the whole range of state action in all spheres of political, social and cultural life. There are several decrees regulating the delivery of publications.
