Project object
The Specialised Information Service Cartography and Geodata (FID Karten) procures cartographic materials that are difficult to access in analogue and/or digital form, produces high-resolution scans of maps from its own holdings, further develops its own specialised databases and enriches them with freely accessible publications, provides a specialised repository and accompanies research projects with specialist advice, research and provision of suitable maps or geodata.
